Answers about bookings, travel, trials, timings, skin preparation, products, hygiene and appointment changes.
Is a deposit required to reserve the date?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Can I book for several people?
Yes. Tell me how many people need makeup and the time everyone must be ready so I can organise timings and, if necessary, the team.
Which areas do you travel to?
I work across Marina Alta and can consider travel to Marina Baixa, La Safor, other parts of Alicante and Valencia, and other destinations. Send me the date, town and service so I can confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weddings, Moors and Christians festivals, weekends and other high-demand dates.
Do you offer makeup trials?
Yes. A trial is included with bridal makeup. For other services, a trial can be added to define the style, tones, intensity and finish before the event.
How long does a makeup appointment take?
Event makeup takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and bridal makeup around 1 hour 30 minutes. Other services vary according to the design and project requirements.
How should I prepare my skin before the appointment?
You do not need to follow a special routine unless I tell you otherwise. Skin preparation is adapted on the day to your skin and the type of makeup being applied.
What if I do not know what kind of makeup suits me?
I will advise you in advance according to your features, style and occasion. If you would like to preview the result, we can also consider a trial when the service allows it.
Do you use professional products?
Yes. I use professional products in both my beauty kit and my fantasy and artistic makeup kit.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin, allergies or a known reaction, tell me in advance so I can prepare the service with products suited to your needs.
Can you work with acne, rosacea or pigmentation?
Yes. Makeup and skin preparation are adapted to each case so texture, coverage and finish can be approached appropriately.
How do you sanitise your products and tools?
Brushes are washed before and after each service and tools are systematically disinfected, using alcohol or other appropriate sanitising products depending on the item.
Do you use long-lasting products?
Yes. Wear depends on the products, technique, skin preparation and the conditions of the event.
Is the makeup waterproof?
With suitable techniques and long-wear products, makeup can be made highly resistant to sweat and tears, although no finish is completely unaffected in every circumstance.
Is the makeup adapted to my face shape and style?
Yes. Every look is designed around your features, style, preferences, outfit and occasion.
Can you create a natural makeup look?
Yes. The finish can be natural, elegant, intense or creative depending on what you want and the type of event.
Do you work with all skin tones and skin types?
Yes. The kit and techniques are adapted to different skin tones and skin types.
What information do you need for a quote?
Send me the service, date, town, schedule, number of people and any references or special requirements. With those details I can confirm availability and prepare a proposal.
Can I change the date or time of my appointment?
Yes, provided there is availability for the new date or time. Contact me as early as possible so the diary can be reorganised.
What happens if I arrive late?
If there is no spare time after your appointment, the makeup will be adapted to the remaining time so later bookings are not delayed.
What happens if I cancel a wedding after paying the deposit?
The deposit is non-refundable except in cases of force majeure, in line with the conditions communicated when the booking is confirmed.
